About Me
My Name is Ethan Borkosky and I am a software developer currently living in Lexington, Kentucky. Aside from software development, my favorite things are music, cooking, and video games. I dabbled with coding in high school and part of college, but never really dove into it until I decided to put a hold on school and take a 16-week full stack web development bootcamp which was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I love staying up to date with the dev world and I'm always eager to learn something new.
Tech Stack
Most of my programming experience has been in web development. From the front-end with React JS to the back-end with Laravel, I've built static websites such as a restaurant or a political campaign site, and dynamic web-apps such as an automated playlist curator for social events.
I'm always looking to expand my knowledge of programming, whether it's learning a new language, framework, or development strategy. I'm currently learning c# with .NET. My ideal job is one in which I get to learn something new and advance myself as a skilled programmer and an articulate thinker.
My Bootcamp Portfolio
This link will take you to my portfolio of some early javascript projects I did during my full stack web development bootcamp. Best viewed in mobile as it was made to simulate a mobile app style view. These projects were done shortly after first learning javascript. They have been slightly refactored for bug fixes.
